Payment for the first month is due upon rental. Each month's rent is due, in advance, on the first of each month.
Penalties will be charged for late payment, lockout, disposal or rejected cheques (click here for details).

Our account is set up to auto-deposit which means no security question for you and better protection for both of us.
Pay in Person
Come on in and say "Hi!" We accept cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or debit card. Contact us for payment arrangements outside normal office hours.
Pay by Phone
You can call in with a credit card number if you're unable to make it to our office. Please Note: Pre-paid credit cards will not work for this! This is not our decision; it's the credit card processors who won't allow manual entry. If you want to use that type of card, you need to come in to make the payment.
